    Default Music/Sound Bug(?)

Hi, I just encountered a slight problem, which I'm at a loss as to how to fix.

So, I accidentally uninstalled the 4.2 patch. I reinstalled it, and the game worked fine, except that aside from the thunder claps in the main menu, there was no music and no sounds whatsoever. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling the whole mod, but to no avail. Anybody able to help? Thanks a lot, fantastic mod!

    Welcome to the TWC forums!

Is this a retail(CD) or Steam version of M2TW?

If you are using Vista/Win 7 did you disable UAC for the M2TW folder before installing?

Ah, just did that now, missed it the first time.

    Should I reinstall again?

Yes, but first make sure that you have deleted all the old files that may be in the virtualstore folder.
