1.Wont start normally 2.Crashes when i save

Hello, i have two problems with my Roma Surrectum 2.5... 1. is pretty minor
Each time i launch the game it works fine then it goes into a black screen, it stay like this for while... And then after a min or two there is the main menu music in the background, nothing happens apart from that. So i must press Alt - ctrl - del. Then i am back to my desktop with RTW icon still on taskbar, i click it, black screen with loading bar, then it works fine... It is very minor, but i wouldnt like to go throgh that each time i play the game
2. I am on campaign, i go to battle so i would like to save the game before i do, i make a save name and click save, nothing happens for a while, then for some reason it sends me to desktop with RSII still on taskbar, i click on it, black screen with loading bar full... and then the game stops responding

Im sure one of you guys have answers

I forgot to mention i use Steam

The first one is definitely the bloom effect.
In the launcher, click on the bloom box, and slect Bloom : None.

It might be the same thing causing issue in your second problem, I'm not sure.
