Your Uninstaller! Completely uninstalled everything!

I was trying to uninstall one of the Kingdoms expansion packs, and I did so with Your Uninstaller! 7. Instead of just uninstalling Teutonic, it completely wiped out everything that had to do with the game, but apparently its still installed. So now I can't uninstall it because there are no registry files or anything left but its still in the system or something. Can anyone help?

CA does make a pretty bad uninstaller dating back to Medieval One for me. I claim no ties to it or CA except owning Medieval2.

That's the registry editing thing, right? That's the problem, all the registry entries have been removed.

Reinstall, then. If it won't install, then you still have registry entries and/or installshield entries or both. Been there, done that before I knew the thread I linked for you even existed.

If you want the complaint department, Sega support is in carge of it.

Apparently 1.2 is still installed. I can't uninstall or install, despite there being nothing left on the computer.

Your Uninstaller 7. After parsing through six search pages on problems with this program I came up with nothing but download and adulation sites. It's obviously popular but I wouldn't trust it - especially when no fewer than three links were to the PirateBay.

irishron has you handled - look to the Installshield folders as I think he's on the right tack.

Last question - where did you buy the game from? Maybe their customer support can help? Good luck!

Ok thanks for the help. I got the game at a yard sale, so no customer support there.

Look to the Installshield folders - my bet is that your uninstaller missed files there. Track down the folders specific to M2, back them up and then send them to the Recycle Bin. After that try a full reinstall. Please let us know if it helps. Good luck!
