    Default CTD on end turn

    Hello,

I made a topic earlier, but it does not show in the page :/

I am playing as Sparta, the date is 577. At end turn, when its the Greek Cities move the game crashes. I used toggle_fow to see which unit causes it, but it seems that it happens immediatly.

    - Windows 7
    - Steam
    - I use RomeTW.exe
    - Autosaves are off.
    - AA is off.
    - I save every turn, so I went to an earlier save, and it still happens.
    - I tried to mix things around so the AI will do different moves and I found an odd problem. I took my diplomat near Pela and went and bribed the 2 unit Greek army near Nicomedia. Then I attacked with that army Nicomedia and the game crashes, every time. So I believe it's something wrong with this town.

I attached a save file. If anything more is needed please tell me and ill send it asap.

Thank you very much for your time.

I imagine that if you don't bribe them, the game still crashes, but it's not the same crash as the one you are having at the end of the turn?

Yes, it crashes either way, I was just searching for the cause when I bribed.

I'm afraid there's not much we can do in this kind of problem.
The best we can do is to find what is causing the error, and correct it. In your case, I believe we fixed the bribing bug in 2.1.

The best I can tell you is to install the latest patch (2.5), and start a new campaign.
If you keep saves (say, a new one every five years) you should be able to go back to before the error, whatever it might be.
