Very Strange and confusing issue...please help

I have no idea what is happening. I installed a clean 1.5, followed by the 1.5.1 patch. Everything installs fine and seems to work great.

But then, mystery sets in...The next time I go to open the mods/call_of_warhammer folder to launch the .bat file, its gone! Not only that, the .CFG file and some of the other files (I cant remember what else is in the base folder) are gone. however, the data folder, packs folder, etc. are all still there. Ive completely lost the application and cant figure out why. Ive tried to launch the game through the desktop shortcut and I get a message saying that warhammer.bat has been changed or moved, but i never did anything.

Please help!

You might be getting some false positives with your antivirus program and it's removing parts of the mod. Try turning off your antivirus when installing, then adding in an exception to the mod folder before you turn it back on

You might be running into the virtualstore problem? I think Gigantus has a link to a way around it in his version of 1.5.1.
