Which version of Rome Total War works best with Vista?
I have an HP G60 217-EM Notebook with an AMD Turion Duel-Core RM 72 processor and a GeForce 8200 M G video card. I have 256 MB of dedicated video memory and a total available graphics memory of 1407MB. I have 2.8GB of Ram (system memory 2,814 and graphics memory of 1,395). My operating system is Vista 32 bit (Service Pack 2).
I would like to play Rome Total War but I have heard one can experience problems playing it with Vista as it was designed for XP. Will it work okay with Vista? I know there are different versions of Rome available. Which is best for my system specs'?
I realise these games work far better on desktops, but when I bought my laptop, I was told that it was better for gaming than most laptops, because it had a dedicated graphics card. (I am unable to install a more powerful graphics card in my laptop.)
Any help that anyone can give will be appreciated.
