    Default New Proccesors?

    Hi, im just searching around the web and im just wondering if anybody knows of any new proccesors
    coming out in the next 8-10 months?

    Well Intel new dual Core 2 processors (Conroe) are going to be released in the end of next month, so check them out.

    AMD's 4x4 stratagy looks very interesting indeed. I hope it is not limited to the FX series processors, as $1000 is quite a bit to drop on a CPU.

    It is suppose to be used for all FX and X2 processors, but thats still a lot of money to cash out if you want one of these systems. I really don't see the benefit of going that direction though.

    its an upgrade path similar to SLI, i am looking into getting this when I get my new system at the end of the year (still need to save a few more pennies). But basically you start with one dual core CPU, and when you have some more cash, or need more oomph in your system, you can slap a 2nd dual core processor in.
