CTD while sacking Milan

Why I got CTD when I'm Sacking Milan capital and last stand.. I play as Venice and whenever I Conquer Milan Last Stand it will be CTD.. Can anyone help me with this crash?

I'm Using DVD, Ver 1.3 with kingdom campaign, but I play the original one. no mod used

Reinstall and repatch the game, then. Something got missed.

I have not had this problem and I still have the original dvds.

Buy the Gold Edition. Steam could be having a sale. I haven't checked.

Where's the M2TW save game located I can't find the documents on my doc and m2tw folder

The full dxdiag, please. This says minimum for Win 7 sofar.

Unhide all files and folders in Folder Options.

Top-right corner of Computer, type saves assuming you installed in the default location with the UAC enabled.

Your laptop is minimum spec on a good day. This is not good for an extended gaming experience and can be part of the problem.

Activate your copy of Win 7 if not done so and run Windows Update Manually and install all software options and run it until it says there are no more updates starting with Service Pack 1. You are almost two years behind and many of the ones the game needs the autoupdater will never do.

Also think seriously upgrading to Home Premium if you can afford the luxury.

oh yeah I forgot to turn on my windows update..
