First a question. If I accept someone into the family for marriage to a daughter, will he be immediately elligible for a tribuneship/quester if he is of sufficient age? Or will he have to wait all those years no matter how old he is? When I first started I did marry a few girls off, but I was learning so much that this particular lesson was lost on me.

And an observation. There are not enough tribunes or questers available. And what is the story on aediles? There can only be two? When the republic covered only the boot two was fine, but with expansion an extra now and then would be nice. I have major regions without governors because of scarcity of lower offices.
