more question than suggestion, can all units use granades? and have you managed to change the granade model?
Since modern fragmentation grenades were new and fairly expensive to make during WWI i think only elite units should have them. That being said they should be available to most elite units of nearly every faction, except for maybe Serbia where the standard infantry might have them (since Serbia was 'grenade king' during this time )

There is no real way to use grenades in this mod. Units are eliminated way too fast to use a grenadier unit.
yeah i changed the grenade model of the units...but not the projectile itself, meaning theyŕe throwing stick grenades, but in the air there are 18th century ones. ah yeah and all assault troops have them (assault troops, troup assaut, us marine corps, sturmtruppen,....)
grenades can be useful, when more than 2 units are in close cobat, f.e. when you have to pass a pass or sth. one or more unit are fixing the enemy while others shell them with their grenades. and this is very effective!

Puni.... when i assault a pass, the enemy retreats before any sort of melee ensues.
After so much work.... exactly how much do i have to do in order to convince you to take a look at 19th Century as well?
not much cuz i´m interested......it´d mean to overrun victoria total war and release a complete late 19th century covering mod before them.
but cooperation would be better.
however, stick grenades look cool

No, total obliteration would be better. They had their chance. They had 2 years to make their mod, and they aint done , so let their flop. At this moment, you got your awesome modelling and texturing skills, you got Greek Firethrower's awesome modelling and texturing skills, you got HusserL making a startpos for you, and a multitude of researchers, there is nothing more you need.... plus you will get a cookie. Now if Okmin and Tango consider it unfair or whatever, then maybe they should work a bit more on their subject.
yeah, but first TWTEAW

I will be happy to help PM in any way i can so long as our mods are in a spirit of cooperation and not 'total obliteration'
Btw VTW is indeed making progress, even if its not the metaphorical 'charging bull' that this mod is

yep, i already asked if i should make the mexican army, but tango said i should first finish my ww1 mod
