    Default Sony Vegas Settings

Does anyone know settings for Sony Vegas Pro that has good rendering time for a E7400 Dual Core 2.8GHz CPU but still retains decent quality?

From my experience Sony Vegas has decent rendering times for pretty much all settings. Depends on what you render, how long it is and what you wanna do with it.
Let's say for example you want to render a 3 minutes video and upload to Youtube: I am using "Sony AVC" which will give you a mp4 file, not much size, superb quality and perfectly for upload. I can render it in 1080p - takes about 3-5 minutes I'd say for a 3 minutes video then.

So you recorded them with Fraps ?!
Ok, I'd suggest you to not render them HD then, is good but not necessary, 720p is enough, too. I would then use the Sony AVC settings - as it is a decent quality yet not needs much size. I think it should be render-able in less than half an hour (which isn't much for video rendering).
Well just start rendering, you see the progress and how long it will take, you can even minimize and do something else in the meanwhile like browsing TWC, doesn't influence Sony Vegas (much)
