makurians cannot marry

why can't the makurians have their own princesses and be allowed to marry koj, armenian and byzantine princesses? they were allowed to do that in 2.0. Thank you

I don't remember how was it in 2.0, but in 2.02 Makurians certainly didn't have princesses. Makuria has been underdeveloped faction so far, unfortunately, and it will be for some time yet.
