All of a sudden windows is saying its not genuine

What do I do?

I looked up online and found a program to run but im still not exactly sure what to do here

Really not sure what to do here Ive read that this can happen after a repair and I did just get my laptop repaired a few weeks ago

Wasn't that because your drive failed due to a START message? If that's the case then the shop probably installed a new version of Windows. Take it back to them and complain about the problem - they shoulod sort it our for you for free. It's their screw up - let them own it. Good luck!

Yes according to one of the papers they gave me installing windows was one of the things they did so I will take it back to them tomorrow
