How do I turn off/disable the GARRISON SCRIPT? Please help.

I need only answers and no "NO" troll messages or messages like :I disgrace the mod or something" or "keep the script" because it is my decision not yours. Mind your own bees wax.

There is no easy way to do this, it involves finding the files and modifying those files I'm sure some members of the RS 2 team will help you out here.

Go into your RTW folder, then the campaign folder you want to play, then -> data -> scripts -> show_me, so e.g. "\Rome Total War\Play_Rome_One_Turn\data\scripts\show_me"
Then you open background_script.txt and look for the garrison script headline. Delete the script below, next script should be cimbri invasion, don't delete that. Make a backup before you do any of this.
    Done.

Okay I found the script and instead of deleting it, I just lowered the weapons, armor and exp bars to 0. That would sound more like a levy unit to me. Thanks man.

Hey, what you did makes great sense! I think I will do the same for my future campaign!

thread closed. This has been discussed a couple of times previously, why you want to do it is your business, but a little elbow grease to go with your bees wax may have resulted in a search finding the right info too, just saying.
