Need Help With These skin issues RTW 1.5

I have been playing the game for a few months, never bothered to register to the forum until I decided to try and fix this problem. I have an online purchased copy of rome total war gold edition. The game is fully patched to 1.5 and I have an ATI Radeon graphics card. I will post computer specs if reviewal may help solve the problem but if there is a file i could download to resolve this issue I would grealty appreciate it if you could direct me to a forum section I could download it from. I have also tweaked the anti-aliasing options sperately and in combination with the unit detail settins as well to no avail.

I have also had the same issue with random units from RTW mods such as extended cultures, SPQR, and Darthmod. My game does not run off of steam either and re-installations have proved useless.

I would say this is all your laptop is going to give you playing RTW. Some mods have heavier textures and will do this with no problem.
