How can I download it?
i need help how i download the mod
Hi, to all, who have a problem with running the mod. Here is a workaroud and way, how to fix it, if you have Shogun installed on different drive than your steam.
First, you have to create dummy Shogun instalation. Create this pathfile by creating empty folders (c:\program files (86x)\steam\steamapps\common\total war shogun 2\data\). Now copy shogun 2.exe and data.pack file from your installation folder to the dummy folders, you have just created (exe file to shogun 2 folder, data.pack to data folder).
Now copy all your mods to dummy "\data" folder and run Sinfonia Semplice. Copy Sinfonia_Semplice.pack file from you dummy folder to your installation folder and it's done. It works, but you need at least 2.5 GB + mods size on your HDD.
I know that this tutorial is somewhat confusing, but I hope you can understad it.
I love u!!! hahaha thz pal!
i am unable to download sinfonia if you could help it would be nice (yes i did click the blue wrighting XD)
This thing popped out, help, please?
It doesn't work for me after installing Iutland's RSM 1.2 mod, i've run sinfonia semplice in the Shogun 2 data folder it created the .pack file checked said .pack file on mod manager but absolutely nothing changes i need guidance please. Thanks in the advance.
I have 2 hard disks and my shogun 2 installed on the secondary one (not the C drive) so whenever I run this it gives the error that it cannot find it because it's looking in the wrong place! Any way to tell it where to look? :-/
I posted instructions for a general solution (works for me ) in the RSM feedback thread here .
Do you run the tool directly from the S2 installation directory (or data directory)? I've moved my Steam installation and didn't run into that problem, but I run SS from /data.
I had this same problem, I did a quick search on this thread of "directory" and found the solution at the top of the page your comment is on.
Oh, here the right link.http://s61.radikal.ru/i171/1401/3c/22c2e4669a4d.png
Good job indeed man, this mod solved the problem of bow ashigaru sounding like a matchlock because of a other mod.
I have a few questions. 1, Does this only help sound problems for shogun 2, and no other TW games. (Assuming that's a yes) and 2, Is there any other tools out there to fix sound files for other TW games. I've been trying to help figure out a problem the ACW mod for empires been having with campaign models using Navy and Rake voices rather than Army voices. And the entire teams stumped.
Need some help please.... My game is installed on the E: drive and not the default C: drive.... Is there a way to change the path so this can run...?
Hey, i am having trouble with this tool. I installed a couple of unit mods:
One that adds new units to the Shogun 2 roster,
one that adds new units to the Fall of the Samurai roster,
new artillery for Fall of the Samurai,
and 100 pdr cannons.
They are all Darthmod compatible versions.
Alright, so i got these mods installed, at first i only had the artillery mods installed, and the tool fixed the sound bugs.
But ever since i installed the 2 unit mods most archer units sound like cannons whenever they fire no matter how many times i run the tool.
Then i deleted the mod that adds units to the Shogun 2 roster, and the normal Shogun 2 bow units are fixed, but the Fall of the Samurai bow units are still sounding like cannons when they fire.
Could anyone help me out on how to fix this issue, because it really looks like this tool is not up to date or something.
Or could the issue be that i have Shogun 2 installed on my E drive instead of C?
