Campaign Map Issues

When ever i start a campaign either early or late, with any faction i have tried the cmapign map on the first turn is flawless. 2nd turn all banners from armies and settlements disappears and large blocks of blue and other things appear on the map. 3rd turn this phenomena is even worse, in addition with complete break down of the graphics of the map. In the attached file i believe you can see all three phenomena.

Version-SS6.4
OS-Vista

Note-This map issue does not occur with the classic game, or any of the expansions.

Did you install with the UAC disabled?

How do you check? Oh additional information that i did not say originally i am running medieval through an Wine, a windows emulator. currently using windows vista though i can change this.
