You could probably get away with low settings.
You'll get 60fps on low, depends on your resolution though.

so do I need to buy a new computer
In summary - no. Your computer is still within its days but it is being quickly outmoded. Bolkonsksy says you'll be able to play the game on low settings and at a lower resolution. Accept that fact - your system is not high-end but neither is it low-end.
As you only have $100 in the bank and are on your new job then take some advice - save up your cash, play on your old system until it begs for death, and then buy a new system when you've gotten the last drop of performance from your old machine. Just my two cents. Good luck!

If you play games like Battlefield alot then yes, but if your more casual you can get away with your current setup.
****, what do I need to get, I haven't looked at computer stuff since two years
TheseBut really what would your budget be?
I know for a fact I can't buy an alienware. I right now I have 100 bucks, but I start working next week
100 dollars will buy you half an xbox
You'll run fine on low settings. I run BF3 at 1400x900 on lowest settings with an OC'd GTS 450 (about the equivalent of a 5770.)
