If I want to play the Seleucid Empire i get this error:

I can play with the other factions,just not with this one

It looks like a bad install, or you modified the files.
The best is probably to reinstall RSII in another folder (with the patch and all), and copy/paste the Play_Seleucid folder from this new folder to your RSII folder.
