Community RPG Awards
The Awards
With Ponti unfortunately gone, I am taking over the running of these awards for the time being, until his return. Furthermore I have decided to make a few changes to the awards themselves to open them to a wider variety of role-players and provide them with more structure. I shall outline my proposed changes below and if anyone wishes to comment or add something which they think might be of interest to the awards please post here or drop me a pm. Hopefully we can get these awards going and increase role-players interest in them once more. Thank you.

Proposed Changes
I feel at the moment that the biggest problem with these awards are their lack of structure so I am splitting nomination down to four categories, which I hope will not only cover the vast variety of players we have here but also highlight our favourite RPG games for future reference, here are the categories;
- Best and most immersive Role-Player
This is the general award which encompasses activity and quality of the role-play of the rp-er during the given month. People have three nominations for this award but are disallowed from nominating themselves.
- Best new Role-Player
A player who, in a short time-frame has managed to achieve a lot within their RPG or who has made a particular impact upon a game. Note this does not mean new to a forums or indeed to the game itself, a returning player can be nominated for the award. Again you each have three nominations.
- Best game moderator/creator
This award encompasses Game Moderators and Creators as a whole as, invariably, they are the same people. This award will highlight who has put work into a game not through rp-ing but through it's conception and continued running over time. Each person shall once more have three nominations.
- Best overall RPG
This is for the RPG that, in that month, has been the most interesting for players to play and take part in. It will also be a good indicator for which RPG's are working well and have a good, dedicated, fan-base. Please note, you can nominate your own RPG for this award.
Please note, any attempts of asking for votes or anything that could be considered cheating will result from an individual's ban from the awards for a given time. Also, people who have already won past awards before this was introduced shall receive one point in the General RPG section.
