vozd did you make any changes to the files before starting the game? I thought ships came either 75/50 but now they are 56/37 and stannis name seems to have disappeared, just found it a bit odd.
Anybody up to make a rule so ppl can't attack out of a siege just to lose. It gets quite annoying attacking and getting nothing especially if there are no buildings. Plus no real reason to let players do this.

Then you can still use forts strategically to manipulate enemy movement via sallying

About ships: maybe someone has game setings set unit scale on medium...

Well while on another factions turn in a hotseat your faction is controlled by the ai so they pick as soon as it falls.
