Destroying the ring
Well i was playing the campaign with Gondor and i had captured the ring. After some turns with the general keeping it, the elfs give me the option of go to the reunion for decide what to do with the ring. After one turn, they give me the option of destroy or no the ring. I acepted the mision in wich i have to go to the center of Mordor to throw out the ring into the magma, so i went to Mordor, to the volcano. I waited there for several turns but nothing happens. ¿What i have to do for destroy it?
I must say that i had changed the general because of the corruption, which is a quality added to the general with the ring that makes him walk too slow.

Make sure you're in the right region, maybe the Barad Dur one? I can't remember.

Re: Destroying the ring
The FAQ
Q: How do I destroy the One Ring?
A: You must play as a good faction and you must have accepted the task from the White Council to destroy the One Ring. Bring you ringbearer to Mount Doom and keep him there for more than 5 turns.
Did your "Ring quest update?", went to Imladris/Mithlond(when Imladris is taken) ?
You must wait at least 5 turns, at the volcano. I think that it sometimes takes over 5 turns (based on chance).
So try to play some extra turns.

Re: Destroying the ring
Barad Dûr works as well.
Welcome to the Forum Alls, a slight hint to make your stay more pleasant;
The moderators here, though nice and polite and helpful, do not encourage opening threads with questions that are answered elsewhere (especially not in the FAQ). It is very human to take the easy path and just open a new thread instead of looking in the FAQ and checking the Search function of the forum to see if the question has already been answered. Nonetheless, that is what I would suggest you do in the future to avoid cluttering the Forum and to make your stay a pleasant one without moderators annoying you and being annoyed at you.
When you have a question:
1. Check the FAQ
2. Check the Guides and Resources
3. Do a search for it.
Hope this helped. Have fun here and have fun destroying Mordor.

Also if you have questions that don't require a long answer like this one, you can ask them in this thread.
