The other day I was thinking the same thing! There are way too many that pause the games in the middle of battles, and I say that that's not fun to watch.

Jefmajor's let's play with Scipii. Pure Awesomeness. He may be a noob in the beginning , but he builds a cool empire.

I would recommend watching some of the mods, such as Stainless Steel or Third Age Total War, Native is too bland at times.

You do realize that they are M2TW mods, and he is asking about RTW (seeing as this is the RTW sub-forum)

i was watching some of jefmajors, nothing personal to him but i hate the way he fights on the battle maps (Clustering guys, no gameplan etc.) I dont see much else out there

one of you need to make a good long campaign please

I was going to make an LP at some point because a friend asked me to, but I wasn't sure when. What faction do you want to see?

How about a Berbers campaign modded so that you start out holding Arabia only?

Quite agree...aside from showing a mass of people streaming in through the gate, which was fun to watch...no tactics at all. Skirmisers rushing to the wall next to the gate with ladders???

An intense Spain LP would be cool and pretty hard
