    Default Romani Elections/Appointments

    Hi all, first off, thanks to the developers for a fantastic mod, I think it's really good in all aspects, having played quite a few TW mods myself I know big overhaul mods tend to fail on the Battle AI but this mod really nails it.

    Now I'm playing as Rome and I don't understand how my FMs get their leadership traits. I have played 15 years now i think and I haven't gotten a single consul. I've gotten some tribunus militum and some Quastors but I dont really know how. So do these appointments happen totally random or is there some election (as I have read on the forum) and if there is, how does it work?

    I have always experienced them as totally random, but I'm sure there are certain triggers to be found in the files. Someone more enlightened than me will probably know.

    Do the FM's need to be present in Rome to be elected ? Forgot how this works exactly.
