i just started a ere campaign but every turn it turns every settlement on auto manage and it gets annoying having to turn them all off every turn. Is their any way to not make it not do that?

Load your save, then hit the "Esc" (escape) button once it's loaded, select "Game Options", then tick the box "Manage All Settlements", et voila
