Default Engtx 460 vs 550 TI

So mine 460 DirectCU/2DI/1GD5 card had a defect and I had warranty on it so they where supposed to repair it for me. But the card has been lost in the process (lol) and they said that they will give me a 550 ti for it

    so which one is better?

P.S I don't play on very high resolutions

GTX 560ti is obviously better. If I were you though, get a 2gb or 1.5 gb VRAM model; if you play skyrim with a bunch of texture mods you're going to need it, otherwise the card kicks ass of almost everything as of right now.

EDIT: Sorry misread, you meant 550. In which case I think the original 460 is better. Try to avoid both and get a newer one, it will be worth it.
