    Default Alexander

    Hi guys, I want write about Alexander:Total War the expansion for RTW
    I'm writing here cause I don't find the discussion create to give some idea; and my idea is:
    Why don't create a patch/mod that make ATW more realist, e.g. the creating of settlements and regions really existed(as Thebes and Athene) that in the vanilla version of Alexander does not exist?

    Dunno - could it be because it has already been done to the limit of RTW's engine?

    Have you ever checked out the hosted mods for RTW here at twc?

    If not follow the link;

    There have already been created mods where you can find what you are looking for.

    If some of the features/options you were asking for are not included in one of those
    then this is because it is technically not possible without breaking the laws or because
    no one had the technical knowledge to do it.

    Off course this does not mean that there is no chance somebody will figure out how to
    do it in the future.

    The link below will bring you to the "hosted modifications for RTW" (+ for BI/Alex)
    so you can take a look if you find something that comes closer to your expectations.

    I personally don't own this expansion, but no way it would be a patch. CA doesn't have the time to patch a nearly 9 year old game.

    Have you checked in the mods section? There are hundreds (no, thousands) of mods, so I'm sure some of them will be for Alexander
