Is theyre a way i can remove factions completley from the game ?

I know to make theyre settlments start of as rebels but if i do that to all theyres would they be removed or would the game not work

If you gave all their settlements to rebels, my guess is that you would get a faction destroyed message on the first or second turn. Why don't you just try it out and see if it works? It'd only take 5 minutes to make the changes and test.

Are you trying to destroy them in the campaign or remove them via modding?
