editing?

is there any way i could edit the victory conditions so i can actually have fun playing this game?

Is there any way to change the Turns to years and add more of them?


Im already at 50 turns and i only have 8 regions

In the desc_strat.txt file in Alexander\data\world\maps\campaign\Alexander you can edit out the line;

show_date_as_turns_remaining

In the same file there is also the lines;

start_date -336 summer
end_date -286 summer

I don't know what the effect is of changing the end_date.

I'd suggest taking a copy of your file before making any of the above changes.

well that worked so i changed teh time limit... now all i need is to edit it so i dont lose if alexander dies...
