I downloaded the mod and the patch. Pretty sure I placed it in the right folder and used the err-mod thing and it still wont allow me to play the mod. If anybody has any ideas on getting it running it'd be greatly appreciated.

Since you're using STEAM, have you checked the support section for STEAM users? If not, go to the Main Download thread ( link ), scroll down to the section named "Installation when using STEAM" and click "Show me how".

There's two pathways that differ depending on which era version of the game you have. The mod points at the first of these two by default.

C:\Program Files\Activision\Rome - Total War

C:\Program Files\The Creative Assembly\Rome - Total War

With steam the second one is most likely the correct one. Simply copy and paste the second pathway in the mod load dialogue box.

Took several hours but I got it to run, fantastic mod fellas
