CTD after starting in the launch

Everytime I go into play or start this mod it will always CTD saying something about

skeleton 'fs_s1-forest-elephant-javelinrider' did I do something wrong on the install? Please help, i've been trieing too correctly install this mod for the past month but to no avail as I also use the Steam Version.

Also I read the fix above but I just don't understand as the Start in and Target locations are exactly where they should be maybe because he's using the retail and not the steam version as i'm confused.

Target: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold\launcher\Roma Surrectum II.exe"

Startin: "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Rome Total War Gold\launcher\"

Could somebody enlighten me on what i'm doing wrong here?

I already read it and it still doesn't help my case because I use steam. Because I get the error but from I posted above it already seems like its supposed too be that way for steam. I get the Unable to find Skeleton elephant Javelin rider though and idk what to do...should I reinstall it again?
