1 Turn recruitment, construction, and research

Anyone know ANY working mods out there that reduces research, recruitment, and building to 1 turn? Yes I know it may be boring to some, but I like to play fast, and need these mods, if available I am aware you can edit your starpos or w/e with editor, but I'd prefer a mod. Thank you for your help.

Why not doing yourself? It´s really an easy task, take you about 5mins, and improve your modding experience. Try it, this way it makes more fun.
