Not accounted for in the rules, so you can't do it ATM, unless a mod says otherwise.

Starting income for a Prince/Princess is 80000. Its in the rules.

I am actually going to fix something here, Dorne is a principality and can therefore have Princes/Princesses, but only one character receives said income brack. Lords of land will receive income accordingly, and not Prince/Princess bracket.
