The new film of Sacha Baron Cohen, The Dictator, is coming this week!!

I don't care how people complaining about his previous films such as Borat, but I am going to watch this movie despite it does seem less funny than Borat.

He's starting to be repetitive . Why did people complain about Borat ?

Because it was stupid. This doesn't seem nearly as bad.

Borat was pretty great actually. That Bruno guy was just miserable and not funny at all though.

Ali G is still by far my most favourite Sacha character.

Borat, both the Film and the original character/episodes from the Ali G Show, were fricken brilliant. Bruno was actually quite funny back on the Ali G Show, but the actual movie was just overly raunchy and....well...gay, lol. My friends and I all walked out after the spinning penis scene.

Ali G is a funny character too, in small doses at least. Some of his interviews are just hilarious. The idea being that Ali G (an idiot wannabe gangsta guy) interviews some of the most intelligent people on Earth, then, through ridiculous questions, makes THEM look like an idiot as well.

In my opinion, The Dictator looks weak. Not bad per se, just rather weak humor-wise.

I would like to see Sacha in more serious roles, or invent a new character for more unscripted lulz. Could be hard now that he is well known, though.

I agree with this for the most part. He did enter on a serious non comedy role on the sweeny todd with johnny depp and he did great actualy.
From his movies i liked borat. The rest was meh. Even the ali G movie at least for me.

Borat was the best. I didn't like "Bruno", it was practically the same thing, but "gay". And no, that should not be found offensive in any way.

Borat was one of the funniest movies I've ever seen. Few have made me laugh that hard.

And it wasn't just , it had some sort of criticism.

I know this one isn't going to be that funny because it has just actors and no real people.

I've seen 'Dark Shadows' (the one with Johnny Depp being a vampire) a couple of days ago, and the best part was in the begining when i saw the trailer of 'The Dictator'.

Ali G was legendary. The others... not so much.
