building browser red and grey brick wall icons?

I noticed that there are red or grey brick wall icons (with a trowel in the middle) on the right hand side of the building browser next to ecah building. What do they mean?

Red icon means that you can construct a building from that building tree in that settlement type, if you have the adequate amount. Grey-ed out icon means that you can't construct anything from that building tree because the settlement doesn't supports that building type and needs to be upgraded from like town to large town etc before you can achieve the capability to construct it.

This helps in quickly surveying the building browser list and focusing on things that you want or can't have due to restrictions.
