Default [Solved] Need some help: Welcome to nginx!

I get a blank white page that says Welcome to Nginx! when I try to navigate to Google in my default browser (IE). This started last night. I haven't knowingly downloaded or installed anything, but Malwarebytes caught a trojan when I visited some news website last night, so that might have been the culprit, I don't know.

I can't use chrome for google because I don't know how to tell chrome to not load the HTTPS version and my phone tethering app won't let me load HTTPS. So chrome times out every time I try to go to Google.com.

I've scanned with Malwarebytes, Lavasoft, and Avira, all to no avail.

Yahoo! searches are useless or lead to sites I don't trust.

    Help appreciated!

    EDIT:
I knew posting here would get me an answer.

    Windows 7, Start>All Programs>Accessories>Command Prompt> IPCONFIG /FLUSHDNS did the trick.

"Every idea is an incitement. It offers itself for belief and if believed it is acted on unless some other belief outweighs it or some failure of energy stifles the movement at its birth. The only difference between the expression of an opinion and an incitement in the narrower sense is the speaker's enthusiasm for the result. Eloquence may set fire to reason." -Oliver Wendell Holmes Jr.
