I was wondering if there was support within this community for someone to start an LP. The gameplay may not be amazing, but the commentary will (hopefully) be decent.
If there is support and some will watch I'm also wondering if you guys have a faction you'd prefer me to play. I don't have many unlocked, but have lots of modding experience and can easily unlock one if I need to.
Also, won't be on a very amazing difficulty level, but I hope to make up all shortcomings by good commentary. First couple of episodes may be rather bad commentary wise though as I will be starting fresh with no experience whatsoever.

Interesting, but I would like to know your R:TW experience more than your modding experience. By all means, go ahead, and if you post a link or put the video here, I'd watch it. But first, how much R:TW have you played? Which faction are you most suited to? What settings are you comfortable with? Just keep that in mind when you are making the vid.

But again, if you post a link, I'll definitely watch and comment.

Meh , I wouldn't go with the romans.. they are a default faction and the lp's are not that interesting. You should try something different as Germania or Carthage. That would be cool

Neah , I strongly recommend you Carthage. Such a nice faction. I love them. And also try a long campaign. I'll personally fav and subscribe you and I can get you many viewers if you the LP right

Speed run means you go as fast as you can through the campaign. So it equals a lot of battles, and some nice managing skills.
Carthage, might start a little run with them in a bit just to see what they're like.

Eeh, I'm not bad with light cav, so could be a good choice.

Do something different, as everyone else has said. No one finds the Romans interesting anymore. Carthage is nice and all, but I dunno. Maybe start with Carthage, and then later do another one, with say, Germania, or even an Eastern or East-European faction?

Germannia with their Gothic cavalry and of course, OF COURSE Berserkers would be a superb choice. Armenia and Spain sound very good, too. But think how Berserkers charge!!!

Alright, due to a slight technical difficulty (I had to do an uninstall of rome a bit back and now my descr_strat won't change my playables) I will have to do a quick 1-2 hour campaign with the Scipii to unlock Carthage... Besides that I hope to have this started by tomorrow.
