More than glad to have you back Korp! Sadly I'm not sure what I could do to help, but all the same I eagerly wait to see what you and your team produce!

Not much of a team at the moment so I need all help I can get! As I said most is about creating the scenario (giving characters traits etc) but I also need help with creating a collection of portraits, could that be something for you?

    @Hermod

You are welcome to help as soon as you have time again! Im thinking about adding a few more factions so faction symbols would be great! The factions I have in mind is Ibben, Ghiscari of New Ghis, Lhazar, Remenants of The Northern Kingdoms and possible Remenants of Valyria (Non Ghiscari Slaver's Bay Citystates)

Honestly I have 0 experience but if you give me some things to do I could give a whack at learning how.

And I mean for the portraits if you just need someone to do Photoshop some pictures I can easily do that, again not exactly sure what you need, just know I am fairly computer savvy so I have some confidence that i can pick it up quickly!

I think I can explain most thing, I will send you a PM when I have time

    About the portraits:
I can re-scale them myself but I don't have time to search the internet for pictures! I will create 4 generic portrait collections for the different cultures so that Ghiscari generals don't have dothraki braids and so on.
The Cultures that will be used are: 1. Western Essos (Valyrian), 2. Ghiscari, 3. Dothraki & 4. Eastern Essos (Qarth etc.). Also of course I am looking dor specific portraits for Tyroshi characters (coloured hair/beards), Norvosi (Beards/Mustaches) and so on! In this matter everybody is welcome to help, this mod is made for you and I don't want you having to look at Ghiscari nobles with Aztec portraits and vanilla stuff in general!

I will make a preview with some progress when I have time!

    Cheers!

quarth is pretty unique with its milkmen, would be weird for them sharing their portraits imo. also: dark myrish vs fair lyseni, colorful beards for tyrosh...what are the limits for culture portraits anyway?

Yeah I know and im not planing on making them all HBO dark I only named the culture eastern essos but in reality it should be named Qartheen as Qarth is the only factions that at the moment will have those portaits Also I just read that Qarth uses Camels in their defences, I had some serious lack of imagination when I made their city defence out of vanilla units but Camel riders should definetly be added

Just make the entire mod mercenaries and unsullied. Waging war comes down to merc availability and bribes instead of training and standing armies.

Im actually looking over the mercenaries right now and getting to know how the different pools work, I have 0 experience on the matter but im getting somewere. Just unsullied and mercs sound awfully boring and unrepresentative so that is not an option!

I released it some time ago to let other continue where I left of as im working on 1.0 right now.

    What needs doing:
Faction UI (Banners, Faction Symbols, Unit cards)
    Recruitment (EDU/EDB) + Units/Skinning
Finnish writing the scenario (Add characters, traits, ancs etc)

    Eventually:
    Scripting (depending on scenario)
