    They gave it 8/10

    So if they 8/10 to CA mini mod what would they give some of the amazing mods on this forum..............

    It sums up my feelings for the game really.
    I think you have to remember that the reviewer is not a long term RTW player like pretty much all of us are, so to him, additions like Alex will seem great. To us its nothing new. Such is the problem with being a long term player. The fact that pretty much all apart from 7-8 mods are still in rough beta stages doesnt help things.
    Still. It's a shame IGN has a no-mod reviews policy.

    why did they review Alexander then?

    Well thier score is about right, for the non hardcore player Alexander is a very food expansion, it has a different campaign style form RTW and BI, so for the player who asnt heard of mods, its a justyfiable purchase.
