Americas and Kingdoms

Hi,

Well, I can't find my manual. So, there are two things I'd like to know.

First is about Americas. So far, as the Mayans, some cities are doing sacrifies every turn... What does that actually do? What are the other differencies in gameplay? There have been a "warpath" so far (hope the translation is correct...) which looks to be some kind of Jihad. Any other difference?

Second thing is, where could I find an online manual? Actually, I have both both a CD of M2, and the steam version (those silly packs are good to get twice the same games ^^). Couldn't find a manual in steam, or maybe is it because I still not download the game? It is available for other games in the library, but not this one...

Sacrifices increase population happiness, so they take care of public order for the most part. A warpath is functionally identical to a Jihad.

Do sacrifices reduce your population in a settlement?

Not that I'm aware of. I always treated them as races for Muslim factions, or games in Rome.
