i have played empire lots of time. empire total war had good revulation system. but now i am playing ntw. ntw revulation system is really bad. revolts army is full stack. and they have good units like artilery. how can i solve this problem. i am playing h/n. and wars are always auto resolve.

That seems like a good idea...I mean you leave a hand full of troops behind in a region and they rebel and you're facing better personnel than were present during the first assault. I remember playing Prussia and abandoning Hungry rather than fight. It wasn't required for victory after all.

In my out of game thinking I always said these rebels were either units being organized before the take over or the enemy slipping in troops to fight the conflict.

Still though militia and guerrilla forces make sense, but there should be a good number of them if you're hated.

I might look into that - I don't like the sound of how rebellions work in this game. Would it be necessary to start a new game for it to work?

Agreed. Capturing Paris was, I swear, more trouble than it was worth. What gets me is the fact that the rebel units have pretty high experience.

That could be to show they are old vets of the wars, but I think it would make more sense if they were Militia though.

Capturing London is worse as British troops are ridiculous.

I wish I could exterminate the populace of Paris and London, that way I don't have to fight super experienced line infantry and dragoons even though my garrisson has only militia and barely ever a chasseur.
