About 30 people from an anti-Muslim fringe-party called "Pro NRW" provoked a much bigger number of Salafists, which led to a violent outbreak. In the end more than 20 cops were injured by Salfists, tow of them (one male and one female cop) were badly wounded through knife attacks.

There wasn't a "street fight", there was Islamist crazies attacking and injuring policemen. You conveniently forgot to mention that is was the Salafists who committed all the violence there, hence giving "Pro" exactly what they wanted - a demonstration that Salafists are a violent sect with no concept of free speech or tolerance. Big surprise there but it did shock some of the political establishment.

this part is interesting:

So it' shouldn't be allowed to show anti-Islamic cartoons/banners at protest marches, but if those images are anti-Catholic it' becomes acceptable? Sounds like double standards to me.
