For some reason every time I try to save the game it comes up with this error.
My guess is that it is because I installed it into program files then moved it onto my desktop however no other mod has this issue and I did the same to them.

Whatever location it is trying to save to, you do not have write permission for it, not enough space or might be read only or a hidden folder. Can't really help without more details with a non-standard install. It is generally not a good idea to move an installed program with Windows.

Well why does it work for every other mod but not for this one?

I do not have enough information to answer that question. There are mods and then there are mods.....
