Extracting animations

I tryed all night but no luck...can someone explain me step by step how to do it...also dont give me the links since i search all internet for solution...
i secessfully unpacked rtw animations btw

i dont want to unpack vanilla m2tw animations but animations from one mod...

Well, in that case you'll have to pm The Holy Pilgrim for the idx tool he uses, you'll also have to use it to repack as well as the extracted files are not recognised by the game engine.
