Part 1 installed fine but part 2 I get the infamous error. I've downloaded it again 3 times now and can't keep downloading it because I have a limit on how much data I can use. My Medieval 2 is updated and everything.

So any help or am I just gonna have to pretend Europe is middle earth in the vanilla MTW.

SS is a stand alone just like TATW, isn't it? Then it shouldn't affect anything.
I presume KK hasen't two computers to be able to develop them at least ^^
I'm currently having TATW (13 versions haha) and one of The Sundering without problem.

Sounds like a corrupted download and hardly part 1 then, gladly as the 2nd much smaller. Good luck

Well I've tried it 3 times now and it is always the same error, could it just be bad luck. What is the % of this happening that it would happen 3 times in a row.

I guess is there a mirror for download part 2?

The error I'm getting is because of corrupted data or whatever could part 1 which installed fine be corrupted and making part 2 not work, or because it installed fine it won't be corrupted?

It really does sound like a corrupt download but it's odd that it still doesn't work after multiple re-downloads.

Moddb has its own mirrors, just click on the "mirror" button in the upper right corner of the download window.

It took me three or four times before I finally got a download that didn't contain "invalid data." Just keep trying is the only thing I can suggest. Just out of curiosity though, what anti-virus are you using?

I am getting this Error as well, except for me Part 1 has invalid data, whereas part 2 and the patch downloaded fine, I'm trying my 3rd download aswell.
