    Default Good Governor Evolution

hi all im new to the forums. Been playing Roma Surrectum for a few months now and i have to say its the best mod ive played for any game (only mods ive played are for total war games) and i dont think any game has ever given me so and hours of play, a real well done to the makers of the mod.

Im waiting now on 2.6 before i start a 1-turn campaign which i can stick to for good. In my last Rome 0-turn i had the problem with poor economy, i was just wondering how i could ensure no-one ever gets this, im quite lazy at checking all my governors every turn, gets quite tedious. In general im just asking how i can create and maintain good governors.

A few other questions i have are as follows:
1)Once a governor has the trait Economic prosperity can it be lost ?
2)Can legion ancillaries be traded? (also how do i trade ancillaries etc)
3)Will leaving multiple governors/generals in a city with a good economy be a good idea to trade them up?

    thanks

Well, Admin can be a bit tedious, but valuable. Perhaps one of the easiest ways is just to check each time you refresh the building queue to see how the Governor is doing.

    1) The Economy trait stems from the Faction Leader, so will change when he does - it's also therefore well worth having some choice in who the next one is.

    2) All 'Retinue'/Ancillaries can be traded: put the guys together and right-click and drag to their portrait. There are one or two exceptions: some are anti- others, so it can be worth using an intermediary; and the Propraetor ones will transfer, but their effects won't - so it's worth assigning the right Governor (has to be a Senator)

    3) Having young future Governors in a settlement with schools still works, I use Capua on mainland Italy, which is also where I can then trade useful Retinue - the small towns and villages in the countryside have retirement villas in them.

Brilliant, thanks. I was thinking of having Roma, Syracuse, Carthage, Carthago Nova and Athens my cities for training governors, 1 in every area.
