OK, today is a big day for Greece and almost as big for the rest of the world.
Greek elections. The anti-EU parties are not expected to form a goverment but in the first time in recent years they have some chances if the "Big Two" don't manage to form a goverment with 151+ PMs.

I already voted, at 7.15 am. I voted for the Greek Pirate Party. Part of this:
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pirate_Party
I would vote either "Democratic left" or the pro-church party of OXI but the first got people in the Ballot that I didn't want and the second gathered anti-EU far leftwings.
So I said "heck" and voted for a non-really-about-economy party.
As far as Crete goes, for basically the first time in more than 3 decades some people from the Mitsotakis faction will lose a LOT of their power, as the party of Dora Bakogianni won't probably make it in the parliament.
So, while those corrupted #####les have spent years putting their cronies and spittle-lickers in various positions in Crete, and there were allegations that they have been paying people to vote for them, they will be left out of the parliament.
In Crete, Dora would probably get over 10% but that's not enough for her party to enter the parliament.
Good riddance.
EDIT:
Voted, again.
And again, Pirate party.
After the last elections Dora, nearly wiped out, joined with ND again, so we won't get rid of her corrupted lackeys... cockroaches have a tendecy to survive after all.
This time we didn't pick canditates to send to the parliament. We voted for parties, and the parties decide who to send to the parliament without any imput from us at all.
