Getting very sick of the same error code

I keep getting the same error code no matter what i do and i wanted to know if anyone had some advice?

Im running windows 7
Ive switched off the thing that the intrusctions tell you to switch off for win7
not on steam
I re-intalled RTW and BI
and Im Installing it into F:\SKN Program Files\Creative Assembly\Rome - Total war\
and half way through the copying new files part of the install it says unexpected error installing this package error code 2349
and ive tried looking on the forum for a clue to what i might be doing wrong but i cant find it :/ though id not be shocked if ity was simple.... any help would be appreciated!

According to his web page (here) error code 2349 means "Copy resumed with different info."

To me it sounds like you download may be corrupted or has become corrupt at some stage.

It could be that you need to re-download one or more of the files.

Don't know what else to add as I've not seen or heard of that error before.
