Error code help please

I keep getting the same error code no matter what i do and i wanted to know if anyone had some advice?

Im running windows 7
not on steam
I re-intalled RTW and BI
and Im Installing it into F:\SKN Program Files\Creative Assembly\Rome - Total war\
and half way through the copying new files part of the install it says unexpected error installing this package error code 2349
and ive tried looking on the forum for a clue to what i might be doing wrong but i cant find it :/ though id not be shocked if ity was simple.... any help would be appreciated!

you should ask in technical help , probably if its win 7 you have something turned on that should not be , go to tech help some one there may know , cheers
