best pc headset

i have the older PC350 version, i've owned it for about 3 years. the ear muffs came off several months ago but you could get a replacement for them i think.

the microphone is absolute quality.
the sound is great but i wish it had a bit more bass.

the ear cushions for the 360 seem to be different this time around, so perhaps they'll last longer that mine did.
the volume control on the side of the headset rather than on the cable is a good improvement, and so is the ability to mute the microphone by raising it.

since the PC350 version is still $180, the 360 doesn't seem to be that bad of a value. not too sure how the open-air acoustic affects the audio quality, other than allowing for more interference from the outside.
